Rubber gloves

I've never been a hardened rubber gloves user, but I'm beginning to realise I was wrong.  They're brilliant!  I was getting fed up of having roughened hands and dirty fingernails (I sound like a 50's American TV ad!), so gave the old marigolds a try when I was gardening.  Excellent!  Such a difference!  (I can hear you tutting and sighing 'Of COURSE!')  And then I realised that as they were covered in the dirt that would otherwise have been on my hands,  I should wash them before I took them off.  Now that seemed weird, but it is obviously the thing to do.  And now a small part of my life is transformed and I am no longer a rubber glove virgin.
